Veggie Fajitas
2 red bell peppers, sliced
2 zucchini, sliced
8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup salsa
1 tsp cumin
salt to taste
flour tortillas or hard taco shells
Garnish with tomatoes, lettuce, beans, avocado, or whatever else you fancy!
