Scrumptious!

I found this website, www.greenkitchenstories.com and I just LOVE it! My mom and I made the Magic Chocolate Mousse and it was fabulous. We added more Cacao then suggested and used cocao nibs instaead of powdered cocoa. Cocoa nibs are a nutritious raw superfood. They have more antioxidant flavonoids than any food, including blueberries, red wine and green tea. They are an incredible rich source of magnesium and other essential minerals like calcium, zinc, iron, copper, sulfur and potassium.

Chocolate Mousse

2 bananas

4-5 tbsp cacao powder (unsweetened) or cacao nibs

4 tbsp almond butter or hazelnut butter

Mix it all in a blender until it becomes a mousse. Pour into glasses and put in the fridge before serving.
